Looking at the pictures from this past weekends protest against blood and honor in Edmonton, I wish I could have been there. It looked like the b&h guys were a bunch of kids led by a couple of older men and only wanted to mix it up with the women anti racist protestors. Wish I could have gone to see what big men they were behind their face coverings when a man of equal size and strength...

I like how I can go from a half asleep zombie to a multi tasking culinary master in the morning. Cooking eggs and steel cut oats foe breakfast. Chicken, fish and vegetables for the rest of the day.
